Eric Dane passed away today after a long battle with ALS.
Dane’s breakout role came as Dr. Mark “McSteamy” Sloan on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy from 2006-2012, but he worked steadily through the years on TV and in films opposite the likes of Zendaya, Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Biel, Owen Wilson, Jessica Alba, Hugh Jackman and many others.
Among his many other projects through the years are Euphoria, Private Practice, The Last Ship, Charmed, Marley & Me, Countdown, X-Men: The Last Stand and Valentine’s Day.
